A freestyle system incorporating Karate, Ju-Jitsu and Judo, more commonly known as a mixed martial art.

Kids classes 5-13years old

Whats the difference between the kids classes and the adults?
The kids syllabus is specifically design for kids, its not the adult syllabus watered down. It is designed to give the kids the relevent tools to deal with every day situations they face.
Kids class 6-7pm
Adults class 7-9pm
